The Profile editor controls the public-facing blocks shown on a Zwyn Tag profile. If something does not look right, the issue is usually related to edit mode, unsaved changes, validation, layout overlaps, breakpoint layout, or access settings.

Profile changes do not save

• Make sure you are signed in as the owner of the tag.
• Check whether any block has validation issues, such as missing required content or invalid block settings.
• Check whether any blocks overlap in the current layout. Overlapping blocks must be fixed before saving.
• If the change includes images, make sure pending image changes have finished processing before saving.
• If saving fails unexpectedly, reload the page, reapply the change, and try saving again.

Blocks overlap or are highlighted as invalid

• Move one of the overlapping blocks to an empty area of the layout grid.
• Resize blocks that take up too much space for the current row or breakpoint.
• Check the same layout on desktop, tablet, and phone because a layout can be valid on one breakpoint but invalid on another.
• Use undo if the overlap appeared after a recent move or resize.

A block cannot be resized

• Make sure the profile is in edit mode. Blocks cannot be rearranged from normal view mode.
• Some block types have minimum sizes or special layout rules so they remain usable.
• Make sure there is enough free space around the block for the resize you want.
• Icon-style blocks may be intentionally limited to a small fixed layout size.

The profile looks wrong on phone

• Switch to the phone breakpoint in the editor and check the layout there.
• Large desktop layouts may need a different arrangement on narrow screens.
• Image-heavy blocks may need more vertical space on phone layouts.
• Shorten long labels or move long text blocks if the phone layout feels crowded.

A block is missing from the public profile

• Check that the profile changes were saved. Unsaved draft changes are not shown on the public profile.
• Check the access settings. Visitors may not be allowed to view the profile content.
• Check the tag state. Disabled tags may not behave like active public tags.
• Open the block settings and confirm that the block still has content or a valid value.

I lost my unsaved changes

• Cancel leaves edit mode and returns to the last saved profile version.
• Revert resets unsaved profile changes back to the last saved version while staying in edit mode.
• Only saved changes are applied to the tag and visible on the public profile.
