Zwyn is built around three connected parts: the tag, the profile, and entries. Understanding the difference between them makes the rest of the system much easier to use.

The tag

The tag is the physical QR code, NFC chip, sticker, card, plate, or object that people scan. It points to a stable public Zwyn Tag address and identifies which digital tag page should open.

The profile

The profile is the visible information shown on the tag page. It can contain profile blocks such as text, images, links, labels, icons, dates, numbers, and other information that describes the tagged item.

Entries

Entries are optional records attached to a tag. They are useful when information should be added over time, such as maintenance history, inspections, notes, reports, vet visits, or service records.

How they work together

• The tag gets someone to the right public Zwyn Tag page.
• The profile shows the main information visitors should see first.
• Entries add structured history or updates when the tag needs more than a static profile.
• Access settings decide who can view, create, edit, or manage each part.
