Zwyn connects a physical QR or NFC tag with a digital profile. When someone scans the tag, they open a public Zwyn Tag page that can show information about the object, person, animal, or item the tag belongs to.

The physical tag itself only needs to point to one stable public address. The actual information, access rules, profile content, and optional entry history are managed in Zwyn.

The main parts

• Physical tag: a QR code, NFC tag, sticker, card, plate, or similar object that opens the Zwyn Tag page.
• Public tag ID: the visible identifier used in the scan link. It opens the public tag page, but it does not grant ownership.
• Profile: the visible information shown on the tag page, such as text, images, links, dates, labels, or contact details.
• Entries: optional records that can store history, maintenance logs, notes, inspections, reports, or other updates over time.
• Access settings: rules that control who can view the tag, see entries, create entries, or manage content.

How it works

1. 1 Someone scans the QR code, taps the NFC tag, or opens the Zwyn Tag link.
2. 2 Zwyn resolves the public tag ID and checks whether the tag can be viewed publicly or requires additional access.
3. 3 If access is allowed, the public profile is shown with the blocks and information configured by the owner.
4. 4 If entries are enabled, visitors may also see or create records depending on the access settings.
