Tag overview

Learn how the tag overview page brings together the most important information and actions for one Zwyn Tag.

The tag overview page is the main starting point for managing one specific Zwyn Tag. It shows the tag name, description, public tag ID, profile snapshot, recent activity, quick actions, statistics, and current setup status.

Use this page when you already selected a tag and want to decide what to do next. From here, you can open the public view, edit the profile, review entries, adjust access, or manage the tag state.

What you see on this page

  • The header shows the tag name, description, public tag ID, favorite state, and shortcuts to the public view or profile editor.
  • The profile snapshot shows a preview of the visible profile blocks currently configured for the tag.
  • Recent activity shows the latest interactions and updates related to this tag.
  • Quick actions link to the most important management areas for this tag, such as profile, entries, access, and state.
  • Statistics summarize profile visits and scan-related information when available.
  • The tag summary shows the current tag status, whether entries are enabled, and how many profile blocks are configured.

What you can do here

  • Open the public view to see the tag as visitors would see it after scanning.
  • Mark the tag as a favorite so it appears more prominently in your dashboard.
  • Open the profile editor to change the visible public content of the tag.
  • Open entries to view, create, or manage records connected to the tag.
  • Open access settings to control who can view the profile and work with entries.
  • Open state settings to manage whether the tag is active or disabled.

The overview does not replace the detail pages

The tag overview helps you understand the current tag at a glance. Detailed changes still happen in the dedicated profile, entries, access, general settings, and state pages.
